Cottage Number 117

Between the Dining Hall and Playground, within site of the Children’s Ministry Building.

This cottage has a furnished living room that includes two armchairs, a couch with queen hideaway bed, small table and chairs, cabinets, end tables and lamps. There is also on the first floor a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen with cabinets, stove and refrigerator, pots and pans and some dishes. There are three bedrooms upstairs, two with double beds and the other with bunk beds. Dressers are in each room. The upstairs landing has an additional dresser and a closet. There are furnished front and back enclosed porches. The front porch includes a swing, and the back porch is large enough for 10 people to eat there.

Our family has owned this cottage for over 50 years, and four generations of our family have enjoyed summers at Mahaffey in this cottage. Our prayer is that it might bless another family like it has ours.
